The key responsibilities of this role include:

1. Responding to high volume client enquiries
2. Servicing incoming phone calls
3. Assisting in the retention and development of an existing client base
4. Negotiating with underwriters and clients
5. Updating and maintaining client files and online records
6. Preparation of underwriting submissions and client quotes
7. Claims support

To succeed in this role you will need:

1. To be customer service focused
2. To be a team player
3. Clear written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficient computer skills
5. Good attention to detail
6. A willingness to learn
7. Currently holding or studying towards completion of Tier 1 insurance broking qualifications
