Personal Information that we collect on you for registration

If you are already a client of Rowland House then we will collect additional information from you during registration for our website. All information collected this way is used to identify the user as a valid Rowland House client and for purposes of sending relevant information to clients via email. Clients who have then registered are given a username and password which they may use to access the website. All clients can view and modify the details that we hold on them through in this system via the Edit my details button after logging in.

Personal Information that we collect on you for applications and claims

Rowland House collects personal information in order to provide its various services. These include insurance broking, claims management and risk management consultancy. Other purposes include helping to develop and identify products and services that may interest clients, establish and administer alliances and other arrangements with other organisations in relation to the promotion, administration and use of our respective products and services.
