Rowland House offer a combined professional indemnity and public/products liability insurance product to audiologists.
For as little as $350, practitioners can protect themselves against professional negligence and liability claims. This cover will provide $1,000,000 professional indemnity and $10,000,000 liability cover. Options to purchase cover up to $5,000,000 professional indemnity are also available.
Audiologists traditionally provide the providing services:- • hearing assessment of infants, children and adults, including assessment required for the purposes of medical management
- • rehabilitation services including prescription and fitting of hearing aids, cochlear implants and other prosthetic hearing devices
- • counselling relating to hearing, hearing impairment and tinnitus
- • hearing conservation programs
- • community hearing awareness education programs.
We are also pleased to advise that our product has the support of the Audiological Society of Australia (ASA). ASA was founded in 1968 and has a current membership in excess of 1000 member audiologists. ASA Full Membership requires evidence of a Master's of Audiology degree (or equivalent) with a major in Audiology.
